Is racism innate?

No, it is not. It actually depends on the surroundings and the type of people we mix with, I am sure that the child knows that this very bad and in most of the schools they are teaching Civil Moral Education to avoid fights. Judging a person by the colour is very stupid of them and it shows how low class they are. In the modern world, the number of racism had decreased as many of them had start to understand the importance of fairness. People should put themselves in the people they make fun shoes on how hurtful it is to be being avoided and not being recognized by others. How would you feel being avoided. To decrease the number of racism ,  we celebrate Racial Harmony a day that all of us unite together without thinking about the other race people and learn the importance of Racial Harmony which causes people from other races to become friends. Nowadays, children are those who is teaching their parents not talking bad of the other races and the importance. It is very important that everyone in the world need to know the importance of Racial Harmony and not to be racist. This can cause a harmony in the world causing everyone to be united and help us to build strong relationships. Also judging a person by the race is very mean and not allowing some other race people to enter a certain place and things.
